SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Orders received by 4:00 p.m. ET will ship the same day. Special orders (logos, special packaging) may ship the next business day.
  • When calculating number of days in transit, please do not include weekends or major holidays.
  • Unless special shipping is specified, all orders will ship Ground.
  • Our preferred shipping vendor is FedEx. However, we will ship via UPS if requested.

WARRANTY:

United Ortho guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from date of purchase. Defective products will be replaced or credited.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If you have a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service at 1-800-227-8748 ext. 106. Please provide the nature of the defect, when the defect started and how long you have had the product. Please have the defective product available for return if requested. If a return is not needed, please keep product as pictures may be requested.

RETURN PROCESS:

Before returning any product, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-227-8748 ext. 106 for a return authorization number.

Returned products will be accepted up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging and parts. No returns will be accepted after 45 days unless product is defective or damaged (see Defective/Damaged Products paragraph above).

If a return is approved by United Ortho, please write the Return Authorization number given to you by our customer service team on the outside of the box and send the product to:

Once we receive your return, we will refund your money back to the card you used to purchase.

"Good Quality, adjustable, easy to put on and take off"
I used this knee immobilizer while recovering from a fractured femur. The first one I had was 20″ long (also United Ortho) and I changed to this 18″ as my leg healed. It was nice to reduce the length a little bit as I am 5’4″. Later on when I could start to put weight on the leg, I changed to a 12″. All worked perfectly as the bone has healed.

"Better than Insurance Provided One"
My podiatrist gave me a prescription for 2 of these for plantar fasciitis on both feet. My insurance would only cover one since they are reversible, so instead of paying $110 through medical supply I ordered this. I now wish I would have just ordered 2 of these. It beats out the insurance covered one by a landslide…

"Miracle Robo-boot"
Thanks to this boot I was able to heal so much faster while not giving up my life to do so. It is my miracle Robo-Boot. I fail to understand why hospitals and doctors aren’t handing these out automatically. It wasn’t until I got this boot that I started walking properly and began healing! I’m telling you, this was one of the best investments I’ve made in a long while. It’s mine now and I’m never letting it go but I’ll share.
